if you are for some reason unsatisfied with your piece, you can it send back within 14 days of delivery for a refund. returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered. items must be returned in the original packaging, including boxes and/or pouches. if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  all personalized and/or custom orders are final sale.  shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. in the event of a return, applicable shipping charges will be deducted from refund. please email info@goldencoastjewelrydesign.com.
